Please know that PTSD is a normal reaction to being in an abnormal situation. It is a conditioned response that can be counter-conditioned through proven therapies. I help clients to recondition their mind and body to be able to relax again, help them maintain healthy relationships, and leave trauma behind.
Greater balance can be found through mind, body, and spirit approaches. Some of these strategies offered in my practice include mindfulness, meditation, relaxation techniques, creative expression, biofeedback training, and healthy lifestyle coaching. Emotional wellness can be improved through small changes made to one's daily routine.
